Aya Wellness PLLC (“Aya Wellness,” “we,” “us”) provides psychotherapy services, educational coaching memberships (Human Optimization), and digital courses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use ayawellness.com and the member portal at members.ayawellnesspllc.com.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored securely by our auth provider), and membership tier.
• Billing: payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We may store Stripe customer/subscription IDs and purchase history needed to deliver access.
• Usage: basic site/portal activity (pages visited, device/browser type) via hosting logs or analytics if enabled.
• Communications: messages you send to hello@ayawellnesspllc.com or through forms.
• Clinical information: if you are a therapy client, health information is handled under separate clinical privacy practices and applicable law (including HIPAA where required), not solely this website policy.

How we use information

• Provide and improve memberships, courses, and the member portal
• Process payments, upgrades, cancellations, and receipts
• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, access)
• Comply with law and protect security of our services

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication/database, Netlify for hosting, and email providers). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & security

We keep account and billing records as long as needed to provide services and meet legal/accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may update account details in the member portal, cancel membership, or request access/deletion of account data by emailing us (subject to legal retention needs). Therapy records follow clinical record policies.

Children

Our membership and courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the member portal.
