Agreement

By using ayawellness.com, the member portal, purchasing a course, or joining a membership, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Two kinds of services

• Psychotherapy / clinical care: provided under a professional relationship when you are an established therapy client. Clinical services are governed by informed consent, professional standards, and applicable law in the jurisdictions where Aia is licensed.
• Human Optimization membership & courses: coaching, education, and self-guided learning. These are not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, or crisis services, and do not create a therapist-client relationship by themselves.

Memberships & courses

Memberships (Seedling, Foundation, Growth, Transformation) and one-time course purchases grant access as described at purchase. Course refunds follow the 7-day start guarantee and exceptions in our Refunds page. Course content is licensed for your personal use only: no redistribution, resale, or public posting. We may update catalogue offerings; material changes to active paid plans will be communicated reasonably.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts for misuse, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.

Payments

Fees are billed through Stripe in USD unless stated otherwise. Memberships renew monthly until canceled. Taxes may apply. See our Refunds & cancellation page for details.

Disclaimers

Educational and coaching content is provided “as is.” Results vary. Content is not a substitute for emergency care, medical advice, or in-person clinical assessment. If you are in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988, or call 911.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aya Wellness PLLC and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, membership, or courses. Our total liability for membership/course claims is limited to fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state(s) where Aya Wellness PLLC is organized and practices, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in appropriate courts in those jurisdictions, unless a different requirement applies to clinical care.
